## Station Information

**Location:** North-eastern flank of Cleveland volcano, Alaska

**Installation Date:** September 2022 (AVERT project)

**Instrumentation:**

* Custom-fabricated, plywood-reinforced fiberglass enclosure (hut)
* 24-30 12 V absorbed glass mat (AGM) Pb-acid batteries (100 Ah each)
* Total capacity: 2400-3000 Ah
* Three 90 W solar panels
* 50 W wind generator
* Morningstar SunSaver MPPT-15 and SunSaver 10-L charge controllers
* TriStar MPPT wind-solar controller

**Data Collection:**

* Battery voltage monitoring (proxy for state of charge)
* Solar array input voltage
* Load current measurements
* Ambient temperature inside hut
* Power system performance tracking

**Data Access:**

* Power system status data available through AVERT monitoring systems
* Performance data used for system optimization
* Part of comprehensive volcanic monitoring network

* Broadband seismometer
* Visible and IR cameras
* 3-component fluxgate magnetometer
* Meteorological station
* Scanning DOAS sensor
* GNSS antenna
